This particular artistic park is located in the municipality of Capalbio in the Province of Grosseto. The Tarot Garden was born from an idea of Niki Saint Phalle who, after a visit to Gaudi’s Parque Guell in Barcelona, found her inspiration for the construction of 22 impressive sculptures depicting the major Tarot arcanes. The particularity of these statues are the mirrors and the coloured glass with which they are covered that create a magical play of colored lights with the glare of the sun. The path inside the park is a spiritual journey into the feelings and fears of Niki Saint Phalle.
